1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Atlas Auto Leasing LLC ("Atlas," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using AtlasAutoLeasing.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Informational Purpose Only

The Site provides general information about Atlas, vehicle leasing, customer support contacts, and certain lease reminders. Site content is not an application, approval, offer to lease, commitment to extend credit, financial advice, legal advice, or a replacement for your signed agreements.

Nothing on the Site guarantees eligibility, approval, vehicle availability, pricing, payment amount, credit reporting, credit-score improvement, coverage, benefits, or any particular lease-end option.

3. Your Lease Documents Control

Your signed motor vehicle lease agreement and any related disclosures, service contracts, maintenance plans, GAP documents, insurance requirements, notices, and amendments contain the complete and controlling terms applicable to your transaction. If Site content differs from those documents, the applicable signed documents control.

4. Vehicle, Coverage, and Lease Information

Vehicle availability and lease terms vary. References on the Site to mileage, maintenance, service contracts, GAP protection, insurance, vehicle return, purchase, trade, re-lease, or financing are general summaries only. Eligibility, limitations, exclusions, conditions, and available lease-end paths depend on the applicable agreements, vehicle, account status, and circumstances.

Unless your documents state otherwise, the leased vehicle remains owned by Atlas during the lease term. Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with their agreements, including payment, insurance, maintenance, mileage, use, condition, and return obligations.

5. Account and Vehicle Support

Atlas works with independent businesses that provide account and vehicle support:

• Alamo Financial Corporation: account, payment, payoff, AutoPay, and insurance-information questions.
• Your participating dealership: vehicle service-contract, maintenance-plan, service, warranty-work, GAP-claim, and other vehicle-related questions.

These organizations operate independently and may maintain their own terms and privacy practices. Contact information on the Site may change; verify current details before relying on them.

6. Permitted Use

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, noncommercial informational purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or another person’s rights;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems, or information;
• Interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or availability;
• Introduce malicious code or use automated means to scrape, copy, or burden the Site;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or
• Use Atlas’s names, marks, content, or materials in a misleading or unauthorized manner.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, arrangement, and other content are owned by or licensed to Atlas and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, Atlas grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Site for its intended informational purpose. No other rights are granted.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to websites or services operated by third parties. Atlas does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, products, services, terms, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.

9. Site Accuracy and Availability

We work to keep Site information useful and current, but information may contain errors, become outdated, or be unavailable. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice. You should confirm time-sensitive or account-specific information with the appropriate support contact and review your controlling documents.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Atlas disclaims warranties concerning the Site, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. Atlas does not warrant that the Site will always be accurate, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Site. Atlas’s aggregate liability arising from or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not alter any rights or remedies provided in your lease or other signed agreements.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Atlas handles personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law and any controlling signed agreement, disputes concerning the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Iowa.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. General Provisions

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms apply only to use of the Site and do not amend or replace any lease or other signed agreement.
